RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo Offers ‘Strawberry Afternoon Tea – Red and Roses’
RIHGA Royal Hotel Tokyo will offer ‘Strawberry Afternoon Tea – Red and Roses’ from January 6th to March 16th.
Split into two halves from January to May over the course of five months, the ‘Strawberry Afternoon Tea’ will be sold under two different themes. The first half’s theme is ‘Red and Roses’ and is decorated with bright red roses. The sweets include ‘Strawberry Blancmange with Hibiscus and Rosehip Jelly’, ‘Strawberry Gel and Vanilla Mousse’, ‘Strawberry Cream Puff’, ‘Strawberry Tart Chocolate’, and the savories are ‘Strawberry and Burrata Cheese Salad with Prosciutto’, ‘Mini Lasagna’, ‘Smoked Salmon and Avocado Sandwich’. Two types of scones, strawberry and plain, will be offered. A selection of teas, herbal teas, flavored teas, and coffee will be available as beverages. Strawberries from Tochigi Prefecture’s ‘Tochiaika’ variety will be used, and for two days only on January 15th and 25th, premium strawberries such as ‘Skyberry’, white strawberries ‘Milkyberry’, and the rare ‘Tochihime’ will be offered.
The venue is ‘Garden Lounge’. Service hours are from 2 PM to 5 PM with a 120-minute limit. The price is 6,000 yen, including tax and service charge. Reservations are required by noon the day before.
