The Strings Hotel Tokyo Intercontinental will offer ‘Strawberry Chinese Afternoon Tea’ from December 26 to March 4.
Utilizing juicy strawberries in all ten varieties of sweets and adding a strawberry flavor accent to the savory menu, the lineup includes ‘Strawberry Mont Blanc Tart,’ ‘Apricot Liqueur Jelly with Strawberries,’ ‘Strawberry Crepes with Shrimp and Scallop,’ and ‘Spring Rolls with Strawberry and Cream Cheese.’ Additionally, as a welcome tea, the original blend Chinese tea ‘Long Feng Ba Bao Tea,’ which blends healthy seasonal ingredients, will be served.
Located on the 26th floor at the Chinese restaurant ‘China Shadow.’ Service hours are from noon to 3 PM (last order at 2:30 PM). The Night Afternoon Tea is from 6 PM to 7:30 PM (last order). Reservation is required by 5 PM the day before. The price is 7,150 yen for the regular afternoon tea, and 8,250 yen for the Night Afternoon Tea, both prices are tax-inclusive, service charge excluded.
