In some hotel search screens, the accrued mileage numbers shown during the reservation search process are incorrect. ANA X urges customers to verify the correct numbers, which are displayed on the payment screen, reservation confirmation screen, and reservation record inquiry screen.
ANA World Hotel is an accommodation booking service offered in partnership with Agoda, covering over 1.5 million hotels worldwide, excluding Japan. Customers can earn miles and use them as 1 mile = 1 yen equivalent.
