The Prince Park Tower Tokyo will open the bar “The TOWER BAR -Winter-” from January 24th to February 24th on limited opening days.
Themed around the lucky colors of 2025 and snow, the garden is decorated with traditional Japanese umbrellas featuring six lucky colors, and a photo spot has been set up with lights that move as if snow is falling and rabbit-shaped lamps. Meals include seasonal dishes such as sardines, Spanish mackerel, and root vegetables in a traditional set meal. Desserts are served up in a kotatsu with fruit daifuku wrapped in white bean paste, featuring fruits in lucky colors like strawberries, Shine Muscat grapes, and mandarins. Guests can also enjoy a roasting experience with sencha and a tasting comparison of sencha and hojicha in the “Tea Roasting Experience.”
Drinks inspired by lucky colors include the mocktail “AMAZAKE” (1,500 yen), which features amazake with honey and non-alcoholic sparkling wine, the cocktail “AKATSUKI” (1,500 yen) made with yuzu liqueur, Aperol, strawberries, and ginger ale, and the cocktail “HATSUYUME” (1,500 yen) with vodka, blue curacao, and cassis. A la carte options include “Tokyo Tower Potato Salad” (1,500 yen), “Sardine Dumpling with Clear Soup and Root Vegetables” (1,500 yen), “Chocolate & Dry Snacks” (700 yen), and “Fruit Daifuku” (1,000 yen).
The location is at 2F Shinmei. Service hours are from 6 PM to 9:30 PM on Fridays, and from 5:30 PM to 9 PM on Saturdays and holidays. Indoor seating is available by reservation in two time slots, while garden seating does not require a reservation. The price for the indoor seating guaranteed plan starts from 4,500 yen, and the garden plan starts from 1,000 yen, including tax and service charge.
