Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort will host the “Gourmet Shrimp Buffet for Shrimp Lovers” from March 4 to July 7.
The menu includes shrimp fry “Shrimp and Kadaif Pane” using kadaif, a thread-like pastry; “Shrimp and Green Bean Sauté” finished with a special herb sweet chili sauce; “Whole Bread Gratin” with homemade seafood gratin in a hollowed-out whole bread; “Herb Marinated Sea Bream Steam with Sakura Shrimp Salt, Tomato, Basil, and Balsamic Vinegar Keka Sauce”; “Cocktail Shrimp”; “Shrimp and Lemon Ceviche”; “Crunchy Shrimp and Cucumber Pickles”; “Drenched Shrimp Cutlet Burger”; “Rich Shrimp Broccoli Ajillo” and more. Dinner-exclusive offerings include “Beef Steak,” “Whole Roasted Pork Porchetta,” signature dishes like “Seared Beef Sushi,” “Okinawan Pork Hot Pot Shabu-Shabu,” and weekend lunch-limited “All-You-Can-Eat Crab” featuring both Red Snow Crab and Thorny Snow Crab.
The location is on the third floor at the buffet restaurant “SURIYUN.” Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Prices start at 3,500 yen for adults, 1,800 yen for children 6 to 12 years old for lunch, and 4,800 yen for adults, 2,300 yen for children 6 to 12 years old for dinner. Preschoolers dine for free.
