Sukesan Udon Opens a Pop-up Restaurant in Tokyo for a Limited Time: July 13 to 15
JR Hokkaido Fresh Kiosk will end operations of “Hokkaido Soba Ramen Kiko” inside Sapporo Station at 5 PM on February 28.
The soba shop is known for its commitment to using buckwheat flour from Horokanai, Hokkaido. It offers locally sourced menu items such as “Oboro Kombu” made with kelp from Mt. Hakodate, “Yamakake” with Hokkaido yam, and “Kashiwa” with chicken from Hokkaido.
Opening hours are from 11 AM to 9 PM. The location is inside the ticket gates.
