Hong Kong Express Airways will launch the Hong Kong-Cheongju route on June 5.
Four round trips will be operated weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The aircraft used will be an Airbus A320. The travel time is 3 hours and 25 minutes from Hong Kong and 3 hours and 35 minutes from Cheongju.
With this, the cities in South Korea served by the airline will include Seoul/Incheon, Busan, Jeju, and Daegu, which will be served from June 6, expanding to five cities with a total of 54 weekly round trips.
