Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts is set to open The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay in January 2026.
The building will be 14 stories high. It will offer 750 rooms accommodating up to six guests and primarily designed with four-person occupancy, themed around the world’s four oceans. The facilities will include a restaurant, function rooms, group lounge, convenience store, self-lockers, and a paid parking area for about 400 cars. A dedicated shuttle bus service is planned to operate between Maihama Station, the hotel, Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, and the hotel.
Access is approximately a 5-minute drive from JR Maihama Station.
