
Cathay Pacific Airways’ Japan Reservations Drop 30% in July Amid Rumors of ‘Major Disaster’
Nishi-Nippon Railroad, Nangoku Kotsu, Kagoshima Kotsu, Kagoshima Kotsu Kanko Bus, and JR Kyushu Bus will launch the “35th Anniversary Campaign of Sakurajima-go Operation” from June 2 to July 17.
The campaign commemorates the 35th anniversary of the highway bus “Sakurajima-go,” jointly operated by the five companies between Fukuoka and Kagoshima, since its commencement on March 22, 1990. For those who make a reservation and payment in advance on the highway bus reservation site “Highwaybus.com,” a special weekday-only adult one-way fare of 3,500 yen will be offered.
The riding period is on weekdays from June 2 to July 17. The one-way fare is 3,500 yen for adults (usually 7,000 yen), 2,500 yen for adults with disabilities and children (usually 3,500 yen), and 1,250 yen for children with disabilities (usually 1,750 yen).
