Belluna will acquire Hotel Zuiho and Akiu Grand Hotel from Karakami HOTELS & RESORTS, effective September 30.
Karakami HOTELS & RESORTS aims to transition to a business model focused on hotel operations, anticipating enhanced asset efficiency and improved financial health. They will be contracted to manage the hotels for a certain period.
Hotel Zuiho features 117 rooms, including Japanese-style rooms with views of Rairaikyo and Akiu townscape, as well as Western-style rooms with Simmons beds. The restaurant offers a buffet with Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine.
Akiu Grand Hotel is located in a prime spot overlooking Rairaikyo and has 140 guest rooms.
