
Summer Limited Peach and Melon Parfaits at Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental from July 1
Hotel Okura Kobe will offer the ‘Rooftop Garden BBQ Plan’, where guests can dine while overlooking the Kobe Port, from June 27 to September 21.
The menu includes a hearty vegetable salad with Caesar dressing, small shrimp fritters and potatoes, assorted seafood (head-on shrimp, scallops), one type of sausage, chicken thigh confit, grilled vegetables, domestic beef ribeye (120 grams), shirasu pilaf with colorful vegetables and shiso aroma, and lemon sorbet. All food and drinks will be delivered by staff to your table equipped with a grill. A photo spot with the hotel mascot bear “Ortan” will also be set up with the Kobe Port Tower in the background.
The event runs from 6 PM to 8:30 PM for a 120-minute session. Reservations must be made by noon two days in advance. The fee is 8,500 yen for junior high school students and older, with an additional 3,000 yen for all-you-can-drink alcohol plan and 1,500 yen for the all-you-can-drink soft drinks plan. Prices include tax and service charges.
