Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo offers the “NAMIKI667 Beer Terrace” from June 2 to August 31.
This highly popular annual plan features a selection of local Hawaiian-style food and specialty craft beers enjoyed on the third floor of the hotel at NAMIKI667. The first dish includes two types of finger foods that pair perfectly with drinks. From a diverse menu selected seasonally by the chef, guests can savor two recommended items of the day, such as tarts with Hokkaido salmon roe and cream cheese, prosciutto pinchos, and tarts made with nuts and dried fruits. For the main dish, the menu offers “Oven-Baked Spare Ribs with Pineapple Grill.” These spare ribs, carefully prepared over 24 hours, offer a rich flavor with concentrated meat umami.
Drinks are served with a 90-minute free-flow. Offerings include the aromatic “SORACHI 1984,” “Sapporo Lager Beer,” various craft beers, as well as red and white wines. Additionally, tropical non-alcoholic drinks like Virgin Sea Breeze and Unfuzzy Navel are available.
Operating hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays, and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekends and holidays. The last admission is at 8:00 PM. The cost is 7,800 yen, inclusive of tax and service charges.
