Courtyard Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel will offer two types of summer-exclusive menu items in collaboration with Hakutsuru Sake Brewery starting July 14.
The cocktail “Nigori Sake Mojito” (1,900 yen) uses “Jyosen Hakutsuru Junmai Nigori Sake Sayuri.” The shaved ice “Sencha and Nigori Sake Shaved Ice” (2,100 yen) is made by freezing and shaving “Sayuri” and the “Sun Rouge” sencha from Tokunoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture, giving it a pale pink appearance. Inside the ice, peach compote and peach melba are hidden, and finished with amber candy.
The location is on the basement floor “Ginza Tobu Bar KORIN.” End date is undecided. Service hours are from 6:00 PM to 11:30 PM. All prices include tax and service charges.
