JR Central, JR Central Real Estate, JR Central Hotels, and Hilton will rebrand Hotel Associa Takayama Resort as “Hilton Takayama Resort,” opening in fall 2026.
The building is composed of a 17-story section, a 12-story section, and one basement floor. It will have 283 rooms, including suites of 70 square meters and 90 square meters. Interior design for guest rooms and common areas will be handled by Hashimoto Yukio Design Studio. The hotel will feature a restaurant, banquet hall, a hot spring facility with an open-air bath and large bath, shops, an executive lounge, and fitness facilities. Hotel Associa Takayama Resort will continue to operate until mid-May 2026.
