
InterContinental Hotel Osaka Offers Summer Sweets Featuring Seasonal Peaches and Melons
Super Hotel will open “Super Hotel Shiga Nagahama Natural Hot Spring” on July 19.
The hotel offers ladies’ rooms equipped with ReFa hairdryers, shower heads, hair irons, and actress mirrors. The mattresses and pillows are specially designed to fit the female body. Inside the hotel, there is a natural hot spring “Kohoku Ibuki no Yu,” a welcome bar where guests can freely enjoy alcoholic and soft drinks, a cycle station, and a drying room where wet items such as skis, snowboards, and surfboards can be stored.
At the welcome bar, a limited-time event “Japan Nationwide Sake Tour” will be held, where guests can freely enjoy sake from across the country. Local sake from Nagahama, such as Nigorizake and Nagahama Cider, as well as sake from Hokkaido to Okinawa, will be offered on a daily rotating basis. The breakfast buffet will feature local specialties like organic salads, freshly baked bread, grilled mackerel noodles, and Omi beef tendon curry.
To commemorate the opening, the hotel will offer a special accommodation plan for residents of the surrounding area and an extended stay plan for guests staying 4 nights or more, limited to 10 rooms per day until August 31. The regional limited commemorative plan is priced at 8,500 yen for a single room and 15,600 yen for a double room. The extended stay plan is uniformly priced at 8,300 yen per night, and the monthly plan for stays of 30 nights or more is priced at 8,100 yen per night, all prices per person.
Access is a 10-minute drive from JR Nagahama Station, a 20-minute drive from JR Maibara Station, a 10-minute drive from the Hokuriku Expressway Nagahama Interchange (IC), and a 1-minute walk from the Kinoshita Tamura Line Kitashimmachi bus stop of Kokusai Bus.
