Iberia Airlines has announced the resumption of its flights between Tokyo/Narita and Madrid starting from October 27, 2024.
Flights from Tokyo/Narita will operate on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays, while flights from Madrid will operate on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, offering three round trips per week. The route will be served by an Airbus A350-900 aircraft configured with 31 Business Class seats, 24 Premium Economy seats, and 293 Economy Class seats, for a total of 330 seats. The flight duration from Tokyo/Narita is 16 hours, and from Madrid, it is 14 hours and 10 minutes.
The route, which is the only direct flight connecting Japan and Spain, was launched on October 18, 2016.
