The Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel will open the beer garden “Hama Beer!” from July 3 to September 29.
While retaining its original concept of an open-air terrace seating “closest to the sea,” the beer garden this year introduces a grill set up for each user. Offered ingredients include Kuroge Wagyu loin, pork back ribs and chicken marinated in original spices, shell-on turban shell, shrimp, and fresh seasonal vegetables. Additionally, cold dishes such as summer vegetable pickles, soy milk blancmange topped with sea urchin and sea lettuce, and prosciutto with grissini will be provided.
The fee is 10,000 yen for adults aged 20 and over, and 8,500 yen for those aged 5 to 19. Reservations are required by 6:00 p.m. the day before. Canceled in case of rain or stormy weather.
