Kagaya to Demolish All Four Inns and Construct New Ones
Hyatt Hotels opened the “Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur” on August 7.
Located on the 75th to 114th floors of the “Merdeka 118,” the highest building in the Asia-Pacific region and the second tallest in the world after Dubai’s “Burj Khalifa,” the hotel offers a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur.
The hotel features 252 rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows for an expansive view. Suites include spacious living areas, full bathrooms with separate rain showers and aromatherapy shower steamers, double sink vanities, walk-in closets, private study areas, and some rooms even offer private dining spaces.
The interior is inspired by the unique beauty of traditional Malay Kampong houses, incorporating batik herringbone patterns, traditional basket weaving, and Peranakan textures, as well as showcasing many local crafts and contemporary art.
Dining options emphasize local ingredients and a modern grill experience at “Merdeka Grill,” offer an all-day dining at “Park Lounge” which revives Malaysia’s diverse and fading recipes, and feature Kuala Lumpur’s first chocolate-themed bar “Cacao Mixology & Chocolate.”
The 99th floor includes a yoga studio, a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Life Fitness Integrity+ series premium cardio equipment, private treatment suites, a serene relaxation lounge with an aromatherapy steam bath and Himalayan salt alcove, a vitality pool, and an infinity pool.
