Hoshino Resorts will open ‘KAI Miyajima’ in the summer of 2026.
The hotel will feature a total of 54 rooms. It will include a large public bath, a stone bath, a dining area, and an exclusive shop for guests.
This will be the first entry of the brand into the Miyajima area of Hiroshima Prefecture. All rooms will offer an ocean view overlooking Miyajima. The large bath on the top floor will feature two distinct bathing experiences: an open-air bath facing the southern sea and an indoor bath with views of the northern mountains. The stone bath is designed to provide relaxation sought in modern times, offering a warm soaking experience through radiant heat and being located in a space closest to the sea to provide a calming atmosphere.
Access is approximately a 5-minute drive from JR Miyajimaguchi Station. It is about a 60-minute drive from Hiroshima Airport.
