Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group will open Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai in October.
The hotel will offer 259 guest rooms, including suites. All rooms provide views of the Arabian Gulf and the city, and the property will feature a helipad.
The 303-meter tower adopts a ceramic facade whose exterior fins mitigate solar heat gain to reduce energy consumption. Interiors feature color palettes and artwork inspired by Arabian landscapes. Facilities will include a spa, a vitality pool, multi-sensory showers, a 25-meter outdoor pool, and a terrace with a kids’ pool. Dining will be offered across 10 restaurants and bars, featuring French, Chinese, Greek, and Italian cuisines.
