nine hours will open “nine hours Nagoya Sakae” (provisional name) in spring 2026 in partnership with Meitetsu Urban Development and Nagoya University Hospital in Sakae, Nagoya, Japan.
The building will have 8 floors above ground and 1 basement level, with 180 guest rooms. Meitetsu Urban Development will acquire an entire vacant building and carry out renovations, after which nine hours will occupy approximately half of the building as the main tenant. Based on a comprehensive collaboration agreement between nine hours and Nagoya University Hospital, they plan to offer new services connected with medical care, such as providing a high-quality sleep environment.
