Profits will open Transcender Hotel Yokohama in Yokohama, Japan, on November 14.
The property comprises a six-story main building with one basement level and a three-story annex. There are 34 guest rooms in total, including suites, loft suites, and a privately rentable, stand-alone annex. The annex is equipped with a private sauna.
Inside, a lounge will serve breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., offering a menu in collaboration with the char siu specialty shop “Chashu Haru” alongside original items. From 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., it will be open to the general public as a cafe and bar. The basement level features three private sauna rooms available for hourly rental exclusively for staying guests, as well as a hot spring–derived mist sauna.
Room rates per room start at 96,540 yen for the stand-alone annex (whole-building rental), 38,040 yen for suites, and 47,040 yen for loft suites, all tax included.
