Tokyu Resorts & Stay and Accor will open “Tokyu Stay Mercure Hiroshima” in May 2026 in Hiroshima, Japan.
The property will be dual-branded as Tokyu Stay and Mercure. Following the December 2022 opening of “Tokyu Stay Mercure Osaka Namba,” this will be the second such property and marks the first entry into Hiroshima for both brands.
The building will be 13 stories tall. It will offer 182 guestrooms, including twin rooms. Select rooms will be equipped with washer-dryers, mini-kitchens, and microwaves, positioning it as a hotel suited for medium- to long-term stays. The spatial design, handled by FHAMS, is themed “the beauty of water and light,” incorporating design elements inspired by flowing rivers and Itsukushima Shrine.
