At the Chinese restaurant ‘Nan-en’, shark fin noodles (3,500 yen) are served with a golden bowl, chopsticks, and spoon; at the Japanese restaurant ‘Miyama’, a set meal (5,500 yen) is served on a golden tray featuring Ken Matsudaira’s favorite foods and ingredients from Aichi Prefecture; and at the Lobby Lounge, an afternoon tea (5,000 yen) evokes the world of ‘Matsuken Samba II’. All prices include tax and service charge.
