Akihabara Washington Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, has newly introduced a contactless self-service cloakroom and a members-only lounge.
The self-service cloakroom features 156 dial-lock self-service lockers, and the wall design is inspired by Hokusai’s Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji. It is located on the 3rd-floor front lobby. Available hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon).
The members-only lounge for THE FUJITA MEMBERS opens part of the 3rd-floor restaurant “Bonsalute Cafe” and serves coffee, tea, and orange juice. Available hours are from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Both facilities are free of charge and may be used by overnight guests on their check-in or check-out day.
