Mori Trust acquired two hotels—Hakone Gora Onsen Yutoriro-an and Yutoriro-an ANNEX—effective October 30.
The Hakone Gora Onsen Yutoriro-an building has four floors above ground and features 34 guest rooms, a restaurant, a large communal bath, private open-air baths, and a relaxation space. The Yutoriro-an ANNEX building has one basement level and five floors above ground, with 18 guest rooms and a large communal bath. Both properties are located in the Gora district of Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. In addition to open-air baths with free-flowing natural hot spring water directly from the source, they offer high convenience with close proximity to Naka-Gora Station on the Hakone Tozan Cable Car.
Mori Trust opened Laforet Hakone Gora Yunosumika in 1984, acquired long-established ryokan (traditional Japanese inns) in 2014 and 2017, and in 2024 newly added Laforet Hakone Gora Yunosumika Ayakan. The company is also advancing a new project nearby.
