Akafuku will open a limited-time pop-up at “WEEKLY PALETTE” inside Tokyo Gift Palette at Tokyo Station (Tokyo, Japan) from November 26 to December 9.
In addition to its signature “Akafuku Mochi” and the “Shiro-mochi Kuro-mochi” assortment, the lineup will include sweets from Akafuku’s confectionery shop “Isuzu Chaya”: “San Marron Mochi,” “San Choco Mochi,” and “San Ichigo Mochi.”
Making their Tokyo Station debut are “Chestnut Dorayaki,” soft pancakes filled with tsubuan red bean paste and chestnut, and “Ki no Yokan Kuri,” a two-layer yokan with a top layer of chestnut yokan containing candied chestnuts and a bottom layer of smooth red bean yokan made with Hokkaido-grown azuki.
Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays from 9:00 a.m. On the final day, the shop closes at 6:00 p.m.
