Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and Aeromexico will launch a codeshare partnership. Ticket sales will begin on December 1, and operations will start on December 8.
They will place each other’s flight numbers on routes operated by Scandinavian Airlines connecting Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo with San Francisco, Boston, Newark, Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Washington, and Toronto, as well as on Aeromexico routes connecting San Francisco, Boston, Newark, Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Washington, and Toronto with Mexico City.
Through check-in, through baggage, and reciprocal mileage accrual will also be available. Both airlines are members of the SkyTeam alliance, and elite members can enjoy priority boarding and lounge access.
