
Sumitomo Realty Villa Fontaine to Rebrand and Open Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo Hibiya in February 2026
Hilton Tokyo will offer its “Strawberry Petit Boulangerie” from December 27 until around early May.
The line-up includes sweet breads made with strawberries, such as “Strawberry Babka” with a strawberry chocolate filling rolled inside, “Pink Cadillac,” “Strawberry Butter Twist” combining fresh strawberries and a compote of dried strawberries, and “Raspberry Sweet Heart” made with raspberry jam. In addition, there will be American-style savory breads, including “Spinach Mac & Cheese,” “Hot Chick Cupcake,” “Strawberry Boogie Woogie” featuring fresh strawberries dressed with balsamic vinegar and basil, “Pizza for Elvis,” and the “Orange Chicken Parker House Sandwich.”
For drinks, more than 20 varieties will be available, including teas from ART OF TEA such as “Strawberry Shake” with a yogurt flavor, “Strawberry Cream,” and “Japanese Black Tea with Mixed Berries.”
The venue is the 2nd-floor Bar & Lounge ZATTA at Hilton Tokyo. Service is offered in three seatings between 11:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The price is 6,400 yen on weekdays and 6,900 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, tax and service charge included. Service will not be available on January 1 and 2, 2026.
