Qatar Airways has changed its plan to operate its Formula 1 special livery aircraft (Boeing 777-300ER, registration: A7-BEG) on the Tokyo/Narita–Doha route.
The aircraft was originally scheduled to operate flight QR806, arriving at Tokyo/Narita at 5:55 p.m. on December 4, and the return flight QR807, departing at 9:55 p.m. on the same day.
This initiative is based on the partnership between Qatar Airways and Grammy-winning artist Swizz Beatz, which was announced at the art event “Art Basel Paris 2025” held in October. To commemorate the start of the partnership, they launched the “Qatar Airways Creative 100” project in collaboration with “The Dean Collection,” an art platform founded by Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys.
After being unveiled at the Qatar Formula Grand Prix from November 27 to 30, the special livery aircraft began commercial operations on December 1, starting with flight QR7 on the Doha–London/Heathrow route.
