Wealth Management Group, together with Banyan Group as a co-investor, will open “Cassia Hakuba” (tentative name) in 2028.
The building will be five stories above ground and feature a total of 76 guest rooms with an average size of 40.53 square meters. All guest rooms will be equipped with a kitchen and a balcony, among other amenities. The property will also offer a restaurant, café terrace, a large public bath, and a ski locker room.
Architectural design and interior design will be handled by Jun Mitsui & Associates Inc. Architects, and construction will be carried out by Moriya Corporation.
Located in the Echo Land villa area of Hakuba Village, the property is close to bus stops that connect guests to various ski resorts. Access is approximately 1 hour by car from JR Nagano Station and around 10 minutes by car from JR Hakuba Station.
