Hyatt Regency Tokyo will collaborate with Pierre Hermé Paris to offer a White Christmas-themed afternoon tea from December 1 through January 31, 2026.
The sweets feature vanilla as the star ingredient, including seven items such as the “Millefeuille Infiniment Vanille,” made with mascarpone blended with several types of vanilla, the “Macaron Infiniment Vanille de Madagascar,” which sandwiches Madagascar vanilla cream between two macaron shells, and the “Tarte Rose et Jasmin,” scented with rose and jasmine. Savories include four items such as “Beef Stew en Croûte” and “Katsu Sandwich,” inspired by the image of snow accumulating on branches and leaves. Beverages are served free-flow and include JING TEA black teas, coffee, and Japanese tea. As a special limited-time benefit, guests will receive a gift of a Pierre Hermé Paris box of two financiers.
The venue is “Nineteen Eighty Lounge & Bar” on the second-floor lobby. The afternoon tea is served from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Wednesdays an evening tea is available from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. All seatings are limited to 90 minutes. Prices start from 7,500 yen, tax and service charge included.
