Toyoko Inn will conduct a trial introduction of the online medical consultation service for inbound travelers, “Mimipo for Travel,” from December 15 until the end of March 2026.
The trial will be implemented at five Toyoko Inn hotels in the Osaka area: Toyoko INN Umeda Nakatsu I, Toyoko INN Osaka Tsutenkaku-mae, Toyoko INN Osaka Tenjinbashi-suji 6-chome, Toyoko INN Osaka Namba, and Toyoko INN Higashi-Osaka. The environment will be set up so that staying guests can receive online medical consultations from their guest rooms.
The service supports up to 256 languages and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Doctors, medical interpreters, and nurses conduct the consultations, and after the examination, guests can pick up prescribed medicines at nearby pharmacies. Inside the hotels, triangular display stands will be placed at the front desk counter and business counter, and inbound guests who report feeling unwell will be guided using business card–sized information cards.
