Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will offer special handling for flight tickets, as poor weather conditions are expected due to a winter-type pressure pattern.
As of 10:00 p.m. on January 9, special handling applies to flights to and from Nemuro Nakashibetsu on the 10th; Kushiro and Obihiro on the afternoon of the 10th; Rishiri, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Hakodate, Okushiri, Aomori, and Akita on the 11th; Komatsu, Oki, and Izumo on the 10th and 11th; and Niigata and Tajima from the afternoon of the 10th through the 11th.
For tickets on affected flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations. Changes and refunds can be processed through the airline’s website.
