Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya will offer a Strawberry Afternoon Tea from January 5 to May 31.
The sweets menu features 10 different items that combine strawberries with flavors such as almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, and chocolate, accented with the aromas of yuzu and lemongrass. These include “Strawberry and Pistachio Heart Mousse,” “Truffle and Champagne Bonbon Chocolates,” “Strawberry White Chocolate Shot,” “Strawberry Panna Cotta,” and “Strawberry and Lemongrass Minestrone.” The savory selection, adding an Italian accent to strawberries, consists of three items: “Strawberry, Cheese and Black Pepper Arancini,” which fuses strawberries with arancini; “Strawberry and Duck Cacciatore Bruschetta”; and “Strawberry and Tomato Salad” served with cheese panna cotta. As limited additional menu items, guests can also enjoy Strawberry Latte (633 yen) and Strawberry Smoothie (1,012 yen).
The venue is the 11th-floor all-day dining restaurant “Gallery 11.” The afternoon tea is offered in two-hour slots between 11:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The price is 6,000 yen, including tax and service charge.
