Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will implement special handling measures for flight tickets, as snowfall is expected due to a low-pressure system.
As of 6:00 p.m. on January 19, special handling will apply to flights on the 20th to and from Sapporo/Okadama and Okushiri, and to flights to and from Sapporo/New Chitose in the afternoon of the 20th.
For tickets on the affected flights, changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations. Changes and refunds can be processed through the website.
