Royal Hotel will open “Noir by Rihga Kobe Arima” around the end of February 2028.
The building will be eight stories above ground, located along the Arima River in Arima Onsen, Kobe, Japan. It will offer 93 guest rooms in seven types, with all rooms having a floor area of at least 40 square meters. The interiors will be designed with an awareness of traditional Japanese architecture, and the large, wall-wide windows will provide views of the surrounding nature. Facilities will include a restaurant where guests can enjoy live cooking and local ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture, private dining rooms with a chef’s table, a tea and bar lounge where visitors can experience Japanese tea culture, as well as a large communal bath and private baths.
Access: approximately a 10-minute walk from Arima Onsen Station on the Kobe Electric Railway.
