
Air China Suspends and Reduces Flights on Japan–China Routes for Summer Schedule
Starlux Airlines, a Taiwan-based carrier, will increase flights on the Shimojishima–Taichung route from March 29.
The airline will launch operations on February 13 with two round-trip flights per week on Tuesdays and Fridays. From March 29, this will be increased to four round trips per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The route will be operated with Airbus A321neo aircraft. The flight time is 1 hour and 20 minutes from both Shimojishima and Taichung.
In addition, the Shimojishima–Taipei/Taoyuan route, which will resume operations on February 12, will also see an increase to three round trips per week from March 29, and to four round trips per week from October 1.
