Emirates, the airline based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is planning to operate two Dubai–Japan flights tomorrow, March 6, local time.
According to the website of Dubai International Airport, the flights scheduled to operate are flight EK316 to Osaka/Kansai (departing at 3:05 a.m.) and flight EK312 to Tokyo/Haneda (departing at 8:20 a.m.). All classes on these flights are fully booked. In addition, the Tokyo/Haneda–Dubai flight EK313 (departing at 12:05 a.m. on the same day) is also expected to operate.
Today, March 5, flight EK312 from Dubai to Tokyo/Haneda is operating, marking the first flight from Dubai to Japan since the airspace closures imposed by several Middle Eastern countries.
