Japan Airlines (JAL) Group is implementing special handling for tickets, as snowfall is expected to affect operations.
As of 1:00 p.m. on March 6, special handling applies to flights to and from Sapporo/Chitose, Sapporo/Okadama, Rishiri, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Kushiro, and Obihiro on March 7. Depending on future weather conditions, additional routes and periods may be added.
For affected flights, tickets can be changed, rebooked, or refunded without any handling fees, regardless of delays or cancellations. Changes and refunds can be processed through the airline’s website.
