London City Airport Proposes Change to Landing Approach Angle, Invites Public Comments
Japan Airlines (JAL) will rename its domestic “Diamond Premier Lounge” to the “JAL First Class Lounge.”
In addition to the lounges at Tokyo Haneda Airport, which will gradually reopen after renovation from this autumn, the lounges at four other airports—Sapporo/New Chitose, Osaka/Itami, Fukuoka, and Okinawa/Naha—will also be renamed.
At Tokyo Haneda Airport, renovation work is underway at the North Wing lounge, which is scheduled to reopen as early as October. Renovation of the South Wing lounge will begin in October, with reopening planned for June 2027. The dedicated counters and security checkpoints for First Class and elite status members will be completely renewed, allowing carry-on baggage screening without removing laptops or liquids.
