Skymark Airlines will renew the beverages offered on board its flights on April 1.
Based on its in-flight service concept of “Enjoying Skymark Destinations in the Sky,” the new drink selection will feature items inspired by Skymark destinations in Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan.
The airline will newly offer three beverages: “Hot Kelp Dashi Soup,” made by grinding whole Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido and combining it with bonito stock extract; “Pine the Sky,” an original drink co-developed with Sujahta Meiraku using pineapples grown in Okinawa Prefecture; and “Chiran Tea Yume Hotaru,” a green tea distinguished by the rich flavor and aroma of tea leaves produced in Chiran Town, Kagoshima Prefecture. As before, “Skymark Coffee by UCC” will also be available.
The beverages will be offered on all routes except the Kagoshima–Amami Oshima route and the Okinawa/Naha–Shimojishima route. Service of “Sashima Tea,” “Apple Juice,” and “Zao Natural Mineral Water” will end on March 31.
