
Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview Opens on the Canadian Side of Niagara Falls
Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, will hold a weekend-only “Steak & Asian Food Dinner Buffet” from May 8 to July 12.
At the live kitchen, they will serve beef steak made with sirloin and pho ga (Vietnamese chicken noodle soup). The Asian food lineup includes, from Thailand: yam woon sen (glass noodle salad), som tam Thai (green papaya salad), and hoi lai pad prik pao (clams stir-fried with basil and chili paste); from Vietnam: fresh spring rolls and banh mi; from China: bang bang chicken and shrimp in chili sauce; from India: tandoori chicken; from Taiwan: lu rou fan (braised pork belly over rice); and from Indonesia: mie goreng (fried noodles). For children, mini cheeseburgers and Napolitan spaghetti will be available. The buffet also features hors d’oeuvres, a salad bar, hot dishes, and desserts such as mango pudding, egg tarts, and douhua (tofu pudding). A soft drink bar is included.
