Japan Airlines (JAL) has decided to cancel its Tokyo/Haneda–Doha route until July 1.
The cancellations will apply to flights departing Tokyo/Haneda from February 28 through June 30, and to flights departing Doha from March 1 through July 1. This route is normally operated once daily round-trip.
At Hamad International Airport in Doha, international airlines have been gradually resuming operations. Some Japanese travel agencies, however, have decided to cancel tours that connect via three airports in the Middle East, including Doha.
Meanwhile, Qatar Airways will resume operations on the same route with four round-trip flights per week starting July 15. From August 1, the frequency will increase to one round-trip flight per day.
