Shinagawa Prince Hotel Introduces New Fitness Room
Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel will offer the “Sky Bloom Afternoon Tea,” created in collaboration with the UK-born cosmetics and fashion brand Mary Quant, from May 1 to June 30.
Inspired by the Mary Quant “MIZUIRO COLLECTION,” the afternoon tea features light blue–themed desserts and British traditional-style savories. In addition to a rose-scented Greek yogurt espuma paired with lychee sorbet, the dessert lineup includes Darjeeling tea mousse, butterfly pea jelly and panna cotta, blue poppy seed scones, and Valrhona chocolate cookie sandwiches modeled on the Mary Quant icon. The savory selection includes salmon and cucumber sandwiches, lime-scented melon soup, and honey-flavored cheese mousse. For drinks, guests can enjoy a light blue–colored syrup accented elderflower beverage, as well as an unlimited choice from a dedicated tea list, including JING TEA. Visitors will receive a limited-number gift set that includes a Mary Quant compact mirror, a coupon usable at Mary Quant, and Mary Quant sunscreen.
The venue is “LOUNGE PLUS” on the 19th floor. The afternoon tea is available in 120-minute sittings from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The price is 8,500 yen, including tax and service charge.
