Super Hotel Clean opened “WELLSTAY Osaka Namba Apartment hotel-Coco chill” on April 11.
This is the sixth property under the “WELLSTAY” brand, a fully unmanned, long-stay special-zone vacation rental-style accommodation in Osaka, Japan. All guest rooms feature a private balcony, and two rooms on the 8th floor are equipped with private terraces. There are 32 rooms in total, each accommodating 4 to 7 guests, with four room types: a 4-person type with two loft single beds and one double bed; a 5-person type with one single bed and two double beds; a 6-person type with six single beds; and a 7-person type with two double beds, two sets of futons, and one sofa bed.
In-room amenities include a kitchen, a washer-dryer, a refrigerator, a microwave, and an electric kettle. Each room is equipped with a tuner-less TV that supports YouTube, Netflix, and smartphone mirroring. Security systems are installed at the entrance, and the property adopts the group’s unified check-in/check-out method as well as remote communication devices that allow guests to converse face-to-face with staff via video.
Inside the building, the first-floor shared space “Cocochill Lounge” is equipped with sofas and tables, Google TV, a complimentary water dispenser, and a soft-drink vending machine. Coin lockers are also available and can be used both before check-in and after check-out.
