Skymark Airlines will introduce a system that allows cabin crew and ground passenger service staff to choose to display their initials, in addition to the conventional surname notation, on their name tags.
This measure is intended as a response to customer harassment, aiming to create a work environment in which employees can work with peace of mind and to reduce the risk of unintended personal identification via the internet and social media.
The system will be implemented for cabin crew from June 1, and will be introduced sequentially for ground passenger service staff as soon as preparations are complete.
