APA Group has acquired land in Hiroshima City, Japan, for hotel development.
They aim to open the property in around autumn 2028 as “APA Hotel <Hiroshima Hacchobori Station South>.” The building will be 15 stories above ground and is planned to have 218 guest rooms. The hotel will be located along Chuo-dori Avenue, approximately a 6-minute walk from Hacchobori Station on the Hiroshima Electric Railway Main Line.
Within Hiroshima City, APA Group currently operates three hotels and is constructing three more hotels, including a tower hotel. This newly acquired site will be their seventh in the city.
