Hilton to Open Gajoen Tokyo LXR Hotels & Resorts in 2027
Hilton Nagoya is holding a “Tropical Summer Lunch & Dinner Buffet” from May 15 to September 13.
With the theme of a tropical resort, the executive chef has created a menu incorporating local cuisines from various Asian countries such as Okinawa in Japan, South Korea, and Indonesia, as well as Hawaii and Jamaica. Through dishes such as Okinawa soba noodles, mozuku seaweed soup, Balinese-style grilled pork skewers, and atsuage (deep-fried tofu) and vegetable gado-gado, the buffet offers dishes and desserts that combine the food cultures of these regions.
For hot dishes, the buffet features carved selected grilled beef on the bone served with three kinds of sauces, along with sweet & spicy steamed chicken, Balinese-style grilled pork skewers, Vietnamese-style grilled fish with sate tom and lime sauce, escovitch fish, jerk meatballs with coconut curry sauce, and more.
For cold dishes, guests can enjoy jerk chicken with mango salsa and Coconut Island-style seafood salad. For desserts, the buffet offers 7 to 8 kinds of tropical sweets made with melon, white peach, and mango, plus assorted ice pops.
On weekdays, there will be a noodle station serving a daily noodle selection such as Okinawa soba and Korean-style cold noodles, and a curry station offering palak curry and tropical fruit curry. On Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in Japan, Hawaiian coconut shrimp with prime chili sauce, a budae-jjigae (Korean army stew) station, and Japanese Black Wagyu beef curry with Hatcho miso will be added.
The venue is “In Place 3-3,” the all-day dining restaurant on the first floor of Hilton Nagoya. Serving hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for lunch and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner, with food served until 8:30 p.m. Dinner is limited to 90 minutes, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, dinner is offered in three seatings starting at 5:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. Prices start from 5,800 yen for adults and 2,900 yen for children (ages 6 to 12) for lunch, and from 6,000 yen for adults and 3,000 yen for children for dinner.
