Hilton to Open Gajoen Tokyo LXR Hotels & Resorts in 2027
Hilton Tokyo will host the “Sunset Beach Australia Beer Garden” from May 15 to September 30.
To mark the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Basic Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between Japan and Australia, the hotel will present a beer garden themed on Australian sunset beaches, creating a space inspired by the natural environment of the Southern Hemisphere and its multicultural food culture. A total of 186 seats will be set up on the outdoor terrace overlooking Shinjuku Chuo Park and the surrounding skyscrapers, including 48 premium lounge-style seats with sofas, as well as tiki bars decorated with surfboards and wild animal road signs.
The free-flow drink plan will feature four kinds of draft beer including Peroni Nastro Azzurro and canned beers, a rum bar where guests can mix their own cocktails by combining their preferred rum with fruit juices and mixers, Australian red and white wines, highballs, and a variety of soft drinks.
The food menu will center on items such as the “Australia Bunnings Sandwich,” a dish of freshly grilled sausage served in sliced bread; “Sesame Chicken Wings,” crispy deep-fried chicken paired with Marmite, which is popular in Australia; and “Haymarket-Style Bite-Sized Crispy Gyoza,” inspired by the Asian food scene of Haymarket in Sydney. A la carte options will also be available.
The venue is the rooftop terrace on the 7th floor. Except in the event of rain or strong winds, it will be open every day during the period from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Last orders for food will be at 9:00 p.m., and for drinks at 9:30 p.m. Reservation slots are available from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Prices start from 7,000 yen, and all plans include a two-hour all-you-can-drink service and a special platter. Each plan can be upgraded to include free-flow sparkling wine for an additional 1,500 yen, or free-flow champagne for an additional 3,000 yen. All prices include tax and service charge.
